WHAT WE DO
Sports massage can improve the way your body functions, it can aid sportspeople who are training and optimise their sporting performance, it is useful either before or after an event or match or simply as part of regular training.
Do you have an ache or a niggling pain or a sore area? As a sports massage therapist, I am able to provide a diagnostic assessment to help determine what the underlying problem for these could be.
At Sporting Hands Massage my aim is to provide you with a course of treatment which will give you optimum results. With some injuries the most beneficial way of achieving this is to create a suitable ongoing rehabilitation programme to help achieve your goals.
